| MMX Collectif is a collective of art students who reside in the Ottawa/Gatineau region in Quebec, Canada. Most attend the art program at Quebec University in Outaouais now called École Multidisciplinaire de l'Image which is known for its 4 academic disciplines: visual arts, graphic design, comics studies and cybermuseology. All of the students are invited to participate to the collective, combining knowledge and talent in order to create art using clothing as canvas. MMX is a collective created and managed by ÉMI's students: it is our way to put out there the things we want to say by using what we learn and study. We are having production days about every 2 weeks during the summer, when we get together to create. Eventually, we will show our art at the MMX event, which will take place in the Spring of 2010.
